Introducing the genesig Easy_oys detection kit for Norovirus GI and GII in oysters. The qPCR assay enables rapid and reliable detection of Norovirus genotypes GI and GII in oyster tissue. The user friendly workflow offers a cost effective solution that can be used on site to identify the contamination points across the production line helping to reduce public health risks and minimise shellfish farm closures.
The genesig Easy_oys Norovirus kit is a qPCR assay is optimised for the quantitative detection of Norovirus in oyster digestive tract in combination with the exsigMag extraction kit and the genesig q16 instrument.
For optimimum performance it is recommended that this workflow is maintained.
