The Primerdesign genesig® Advanced and Easy Kit for Adenovirus F41 is designed for the quantitative detection of the Adenovirus genome from DNA extracted from samples.

  • Broad detection profile. Primers represent 100% homology with over 95% of the NCBI database reference sequences of Adenovirus F41 available at the time of design (June 2022). 
  • Dynamic range of test: high priming efficiencies of >90% and can detect less than 100 copies of the target template.
