Shipping and Delivery Policy

  1. Primerdesign ship internationally to certain locations. Primerdesign is unable to ship to some countries due to sanctions and restrictions in line with International Regulations.
  2. The Buyer will be prompted to contact Customer Services if a sanctioned country is selected as the delivery address on the E-Commerce platform, or on any orders placed via email or by Purchase Order.
  3. Where Primerdesign is responsible for arranging the delivery then they have the right to choose the most appropriate courier and service level to ship the goods to the Buyer depending on products, availability,  shipping conditions and destination.
  4. Where the Buyer is responsible for arranging their own delivery then Primerdesign can arrange shipping with the Buyers preferred courier on the Buyers customer account with said courier, if the Buyer provides their customer details.
  5. Shipping notifications and updates via email, are available directly from the courier with the tracking link once the items have been collected from Primerdesign. 
  6. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all shipments are standard delivery, either ‘ambient’ or ‘dry ice’, as appropriate for the selected products. Shipping costs and any additional chargeable shipping items such as data loggers and certificate of origin, are charged as per your order confirmation.
  7. All delivery dates and time frames are estimates only. The Seller aims to ship stocked items within 5 working days of order acceptance (excluding bank holidays). The Seller aims to ship made to order products within 4 weeks of order receipt (excluding bank holidays). Seasonal restrictions may apply and will be communicated during the online ordering process.   8. If the Buyer requests split shipping or delivery by instalments then Primerdesign will charge per shipment.
  9. Certificate of Origin requests will add additional processing time and therefore, will affect the shipping timelines. Any other special documentation requests need to be communicated to Customer Services ([email protected]) prior to shipping the products.
