Shipping cDNA, gDNA or plasmid vector DNA to PrimerDesign :
cDNA:
We recommend you perform a 20ul RT reaction with 1-2ug of high quality RNA then use one of the following methods for preparing the cDNA for shipment: Dry down cDNA in a vacuum centrifuge for 30 mins at 55C or dry down cDNA in a heating block for 30 mins at 55C. Once dry the DNA can be shipped at room temperature. Alternatively cDNA can be shipped frozen on dry ice. Please check the delivery times to ensure the cDNA will still be frozen on arrival.
gDNA or plasmid vector DNA:
Please send 1-2 ug in solution or dried down as described above. Send at room temperature. Frozen shipping is not required.
Please label your tubes clearly and supply information on DNA concentration/DNA volume
