T-UCR primers 1-5 were tested on human lung cDNA (fig1). The post run melt curve indicates that the primers have perfect specificity for the target (fig.2)

T-UCR sequences are 100% homologous between human, mouse and rat. The same primers are therefore specific on human, mouse and rat templates. T-UCR-1 was tested on human, mouse and rat generic cDNA (pooled RNA) (fig.3). The post run melt curve indicates that the primers have a perfect specificity for the target across these three species (fig.4).
