PrecisionTM MMLV Reverse Transcription kit

1µg of human kidney RNA was reverse transcribed using the PrecisionTM MMLV Reverse transcription kits.  12.5ng of cDNA were used in a real time PCR assay using SYBRgreen detection chemistry.  The 18S primers gave a CT pf 8 and the ACTB primers gave a CT value of approximately 16.
