Why are Primerdesign changing their List Prices on 1st January 2019?
The list price changes take into account changing market conditions including currency fluctuations, inflation rate changes and other business costs. This change is required so that we remain competitive in the market, continuing to provide a high value offering, whilst managing the associated costs of doing business and retaining high levels of service and quality.

When will new List Prices be available?
All new list prices can be viewed online at and from 1st January 2019 and will reflect a +3% price adjustment. If you would like any other information, please contact us at

How long are the current prices valid?
Our current pricing is valid up until the 31st December 2018. After the price list change on 1st January 2019 any valid quotes from before this date will be honoured.

When should I upload the new pricing onto our system?
Please ensure to update your system with our new pricing before the 1st January 2019. This will help alleviate any order processing delays once the new pricing goes live.

I order through an authorised distributor, am I affected by this price increase?
Please contact your local distributor for their latest pricelist.

If I have a preferential pricing arrangement would that still be honoured?
Please contact your account manager or local distributor to discuss this further.

If the market conditions allow will you be readjusting your pricing?
We always endeavour to hold our prices for as long as possible, however this depends on many factors including developments in the currency markets.
