For custom gene assays we aim to deliver your kit within three weeks of your order date. This allows our team to design and validate your kit to the highest standards.
For a new genesig kit (standard or advanced) we aim to complete design work and validation within four weeks. The development of a new EASY kit can take up the six weeks.
Reagents and genesig kits already in our catalogue are usually in stock and can be shipped the same day. Whenever possible products will be sent on the day of order by express courier.
