Not everyone works on human, mouse and rat. PrimerDesign provide a unique service in the design and validation of Real- Time PCR primer assays for any gene in any species; as long as sequence data is available. Kits are provided ready
optimised and guaranteed to work to a high standard. Simply supply the name, accession number or raw DNA sequence of your target gene. Our team of professional molecular biologists will design the optimum Real-Time PCR primers for that unique sequence. We will test the primers on your own cDNA which you can send to us (more details). Alternatively we can test the primers on a synthetic template which will we then supply as s copy number standard curve for your kit.

Kits are available with PerfectProbe, double dye probe (Taqman style) or

as primer only kits for use with SYBRgreen detection.
