How may I place an order?

Using the shopping cart
The first time you place an order you will be required to create an online account. This shouldn't take long and will speed up any future orders you may place with us. Click on the 'Login' link and then click 'Sign up'.
Once you have an account, orders are simple to place via the shopping cart. During the check out process you will be ask for a purchase order number, which you should get from your financial administrator. If wish to pay by credit card then enter "credit card" in this field and we will contact you for payment.
How do I pay?
Payments may be made by Purchase Order number or by Credit Card. We accept all major credit cards although payments are only taken over the phone. +44 (0)2380 473274 or email and not through the website for security purposes.
When will my order arrive?
For custom designed kits we aim to deliver your kit within three weeks of your order date. This allows our team to design and validate your kit to the highest standards.
For standard kits and reagents we aim to deliver your purchase within one week. However, products will usually be sent on the day of order by first class post.
Do you charge for shipping?
We work hard to keep shipping costs to a minimum. Kits are all sent by TNT courier to ensure rapid delivery. Cost varies according to your location. Reagents are shipped on dry ice which incurs a £35 surcharge if you are outside of the UK. However our reagent prices are so low that this will not affect your saving substantially.
Do you ship outside of the UK?
Yes! We sell our products across the globe. You can order from us directly and we will ship to you. Or if its easier we have distributors in numerous territories. Just ask.
